I came here yesterday around 11pm. I open the door, the first thing I see is my mail that still is delivered here, although it should be delivered at home as I clearly specified, but it seems that they don't understand me, and on the top, a paper (I was thinking maybe it is some wishes for the new year as I left in the mailbox of the landlady before going) on wich was written "please pay tommorow". How charming and welcoming! I go to the kitchen to make a cup of tea: disaster, my roomates are back and it's a mess. I don't care, I wont do anything and eat at restaurants, I can offer that to myself :) But I notice there are no matches anymore to light on the gas. I go to the toilet and notice that there is no more toilet paper (aha, at least I didn't need some, it's always a bad surprise!).
But! I'm a little squirrel, and I don't know if I should say clever or egoistical, but, as I knew all of that would happen, as during the few month I have been living here, it was always me that was buying those things, I made a little personnal reserve of matches and toilet paper, among other things that I had hidden before leaving. I was so happy to find them back, always at the same place, like the squirrel during the winter.
When you are living with a few people, in theory, you have the saim aim, and therefore act for the community interests, it's you give you get, but after the army, I understood that it's like that on the paper, but no matter how nice the people seems to be, it's never the case. If you give, you're always welcome, but don't expect to get something back. So, after three month of cleaning, buying, supplying our little house community, it comes to an end, and now they will see how much they will miss me. I shared my bread and wine, my shaving foam, my shampoo, my milk, my cleaning talents etc. now it's over, and it's good (for me) :)
I'm going to do this exam tomorrow, and then I'll go to celebrate in Zürich, where I have a few friends. I will also see Erik "without expectations" as we agreed in our last mail, and then I'll come back at home on saturday, and have a party with my friends. I'm looking forward! I hope Stan will come, he said he has a lot to do, but I hope he can afford to have a drink with me!
Yesterday, Yasmin came at my place so say hi, and she brought food from her mother. Her mother came from Turkey for a few month, and I met her two times, and now she calls me "my son" :) I think she wants me to marry one of her daughters, so if you don't hear from me for more than two weeks, please call my embassy in Turkey and say I have been kidnapped :)
Cross your fingers for me tomorrow! 8 am UTC time

I'm glad things are done for you (for now) and that it's time to enjoy things! You seemed to really need the break. :P
Have fun, be safe, and all that!! :D
oh but Turkey is such a nice place ! LOL ! can get a little funky tho...did you see "Midnight Express" ?
Aek: Yeah, I'm glad too! the exam was really bad though, I couldn't write anything good, and on the three questions I could answer only one... shit! But it's not a drama, I'll do good grades this summer and it will compensate this one (I hope!).
Break? I begin to work, monday 08:00 :) but it's much better, I won't be alone at home turning in round!
Xico: I do not doubt that it is a nice place to be, and I already know the food is delicious, but I'm not sure that it's the best place for a young gay :) I never saw it, do you recommend it?
It seems that I have something in me that drive the turkish girls crazy, two of them are running after me, plus the mother and sister of Yasmin... I'll have to be careful! But I'm invited in Istanbul, and I'll go one of these days, even if I'm in danger :)
