Exams passed!

Hey! My exams are behind, and they published the list of the people that succeeded, and I am one of them! I'm so happy, it was definitely the most terrible session I ever had, and I was really affraid of messing up. So that means that I'm leaving tomorrow for six month, I'm going to another university, to improve my german. This is a challenge, to study in another language is something really difficult I guess, but I'm sure that it will be a nice experience! I'm a bit disappointed because nobody was here to celebrate this event, my friends are all over the world for their last week of holidays, Paris, New-York, London, Athenes... and the only ones that are here failed, so I didn't try to call them, I think that they are not in the mood to celebrate :S Yasmin failed, and I had to call her (because she has no internet connection) to announce the results, and it was really awkward, because I was really happy for me, and sad for her, she worked very hard and put all his mind and heart in order to succeed, and now she's back to the beginning... She wouldn't even see me because she told me that it was too hard to see me smile while she failed.

My father was here with his wife and my sister yesterday, and they were the first to know, it was nice because my father never is really expressive, I told them I succeeded and he just said "that's good" without any other expression. But I know that he's so happy and proud inside, when he left he had a big smile and he already told everybody today. He doesn't want to make a big deal about it, and it's ok. He once told me "you know, you are a clever boy, I do not worry for you for I know what you can do, and you don't need me to compliment you. Besides, it's good that you succeed in your projects, but you have no merit as you only use your potential."

My stepmother announced to my sister and I that we were invited at his son's wedding next year. It's a bit weird because we don't know each others very much, we only met a few times and we do not really talk. but anyway we were glad to receive this invitation, and we will go in Romania to attend it. She already began to tell us how it's gonna be, with the traditions and protocol, it seems quite different! I hope that we will do things correctly. Romania is a funny country, with funny people!

Congratulations!! You do seem really relieved and happy. :) I wish you the best wherever you'll end up.

I like that comment by your dad. It was well said.

Congratulations man! How exciting! Yeah, dad's aren't always the best about being expressive. It seems that you've really impressed your dad all the same.

Heh, I have a housemate from Romania...
