I'm going at Stan's saturday to help him to clean his flat. He must give the keys back before going to the UK. He knows that I'm a cleaning maniac and asked for help. It will be cool to have a day together before he leaves. I hope that it will be so hot that we will have to work shirtless :P

Tired
I have not worked out for a month because of my tooth story, and I started it again today. I've lost a lot of strenght... I started my usual programm but collapsed before the end :/ There is serious work to be done! I received the bill from the dentist by the way, and my name was not even written correctly! I'm preparing an incendiary answer to that...

Hey, go easy on the work out. Gradually work yourself up to where you were before, don't stress yourself out to the point of collapse!

You can decide that it is so hot you need to work shirtless. With any kind of luck he'll follow your lead. Especially if it is warmish.
